I don’t actually believe that January is really any different than any other month of the year, but there is something so beautiful about the perceived fresh start it offers. I love the idea of a random point in the time measurement system we’ve created requiring us to look inwards and reflect on some things that we may want to to change or improve.


With that being said, New Year’s resolutions often fail for a reason, and it’s only slightly related to intention or discipline.


Resolutions often fail because they are often created as overzealous dart-throws, with no real action plan to get to the end result. One of the biggest reasons why New Year's goals fail is because people set unrealistic expectations for themselves. We hope we can provide a bit of help with personal goal setting with this little blog of ours, as we present a few tips and tricks on how to make your healthy habits stick!
