The best vegan meal delivery service in Edmonton. Even better than options in Toronto! The other services got stale after a while, but I always feel like I am eating restaurant quality food every time. It always feels special and absolutely delicious. Not to mention amazing customer service! Great job.
I have ordered from many different meal prep companies in Edmonton and Sprout [now BetterDay] had the most flavourful meals by far. I was skeptical because they are plant based but the flavours were so full and interesting that I didn’t even miss the meat. I highly recommend.
I was excited to see Sprout [now BetterDay] deliver to Edmonton and put in an order right away. The meals was delicious, the ingredients are stellar, and the entire process to order was seamless and super easy. Delivery was great, I received real time notifications for the time of delivery and even met the driver who was pleasant and friendly! Love the meals and the experience, highly recommend trying out Sprout!
AMAZING!!!! i am the pickiest person EVER especially when it comes to reheated meat, I just refuse to eat it therefore struggle with lunches. I have had these for lunch everyday and every single one has tasted so good. HIGHLY recommend!

These meals were really delicious and healthy. I got gifted from a friend because I just had a baby. It was super helpful 1 week postpartum with my toddler. The portions were small for me. I had to eat 1.5-2 meals each meal to feel full, but luckily my toddler didn’t eat much so I could eat their portions. Will be ordering again for the taste and convenience! I also appreciate its eco friendly packaging.
Such great meals! I am vegan and I love getting it when I have a really busy week as it's so creative and tasty but so convenient.
It’s very easy to order and manage your subscription online, and the food is very good.
