Terms of service

By using BetterDay’s website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery and payment information and for keeping your account access secure.

Prices, delivery or pickup options, availability, applicable fees and the current order cutoff are shown before you place an order. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

We work to fulfill every order as shown. If an item becomes unavailable, we may contact you about a reasonable next step. Delivery timing and availability can be affected by conditions outside our control.

One-time orders are charged at checkout. For weekly plans, your current cart is charged at the cutoff shown in your account or checkout, using the order total then in effect. Taxes, delivery and discounts are reflected in the order summary.

We use Stripe to process card payments. BetterDay does not receive or store full card numbers or CVCs.

At one-time checkout, “Save this card for next time” is an optional choice that is on by default. Leave it on only if you want BetterDay to keep a reusable Stripe payment method for future BetterDay orders; turn it off to use the card only for the order you are placing.

You can manage or remove a saved payment method from your BetterDay account. Keeping a card on file does not by itself create a weekly plan or future order.

You can adjust, skip or cancel an eligible weekly order before the current cutoff shown in your account or checkout. After the cutoff, meals may already be purchased or prepared, so we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation. Contact us promptly and we will review what we can do.

We may update the service, menu, these terms or related policies as our operations change. We will post the current version here with its updated date. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
