Between two full-time jobs in teaching and social work, a youngster and another on the way, cooking the way our bodies actually craved felt impossible. Takeout was unsustainable. Shopping and cooking pushed us over the top.

Most meals are ready after a quick microwave or stovetop reheat, with exact heating notes on the label. No recipe tabs open, no pile of pans.
