If you have been with us a while, you have watched this go from a tiny kitchen with big ideas to one of Alberta's busiest meal delivery services. We are stepping into a new chapter, so say hello to BetterDay Food Co.

Why change it

Sprout Meals was always about making real life a bit easier and a lot more delicious. Over time the menu, the community and the team grew past what the name Sprout could hold. BetterDay is not just a new name painted over the old one. It is a promise to keep showing up with food that fits how your week actually runs, whether that is a packed day, a family to feed, or a night you have earned off from cooking.

What is new

  • A name that fits who we are now
  • A new website at eatbetterday.ca
  • The same meals, scratch-made and locally crafted
  • New packaging, which is the part you will notice first

What has not changed

Our chefs, our delivery system, our standards, and the flavour that makes people swear at the first bite. The packaging is new. The people and the reason behind it are not.

What you need to do
