Sprout Meals has always been about making real life a little easier—and a lot more delicious. But over time, our menu, our community, and even our team evolved beyond what “Sprout” could contain. BetterDay isn’t just a new name. It’s a promise: to keep showing up with food that fits your flow—whether that’s fueling a packed day, feeding your family, or just giving yourself a well-earned break from the kitchen.
