Fun-fetti Birthday Protein Balls

Celebrate with us and whip up these FUN-fetti protein balls with us!

Funfetti Vegan Protein Balls


Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups vegan protein powder (vanilla or neutral flavor)

1/4 cup vegan butter, melted

1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons non-dairy milk (such as almond or soy milk)

1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the vegan protein powder, melted vegan butter, unsweetened applesauce, vanilla extract, and non-dairy milk. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined and a dough forms. If the dough seems too dry, you can add a bit more non-dairy milk, a teaspoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.

2. Add the rainbow sprinkles to the dough and mix until the sprinkles are evenly distributed throughout the dough.

3. Take small portions of the dough and roll them into bite-sized balls. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Once all the dough has been rolled into balls, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let the balls chill for about 15-20 minutes. Chilling the balls will help them firm up.

5. After the balls have chilled, remove them from the refrigerator. They can be enjoyed as they are, or you can optionally roll them in some additional rainbow sprinkles to add extra color and texture.

6. Serve and enjoy your vegan funfetti balls! They make a delicious protein-packed snack. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
