Ingredients:

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

1 tablespoon grated ginger

1 clove minced garlic

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/4 cup vegetable broth or water


Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  2. In a separate pan, heat the vegetable broth or water over medium heat until it comes to a simmer.
  3. Add the peanut butter mixture to the pan and whisk until the sauce is smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and allow the sauce to cool slightly before serving.
